We are a full-service medical clinic located beside the Forbes Pharmacy on Helmcken Rd in Victoria, BC (#120 – 27 Helmcken Rd, Victoria BC, V8Z 5G5). Eagle Creek Medical Clinic is now proudly part of the Western Communities Primary Care Network (PCN).
- Our skilled family doctors, nurse practitioners and allied health provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care for attached patients.
- Our High Complexity Care Team offers team-based and integrative primary care to over 600 patients in the community.
Our staff value the time of patients and do their best to ensure waiting is kept to a minimum. For the comfort of all of our patients, please do not wear scented products to the medical clinic.
